Dr. Charles Godfred Ackah is a research fellow at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana. He holds PhD in Economics, University of Nottingham, MSc Economics in Public Policy, University of Hull and BA (Hons) in Economics, University of Ghana, Legon.
His research interests include: Trade, gender and development, labour market and poverty analysis, globalization and natural resource economics. He also has a number of publications in peer reviewed journals and made contributions to book chapters. He has attended conferences, special seminars and workshops where he presented papers.
Dr. Charles Ackah is currently an external research fellow at the Centre for Research in Economic Development and International Trade (CREDIT), University of Nottingham before joining ISSER. He was also a research analyst at the World Bank, Washington D.C.
